Did You Get Paid? I did!

It's that time of the month again where all SFI affiliate look forward to getting the monthly ''commissions report''. I got mine and i am happy for taking the right decision of becoming an affiliate.Month after month SFI has put smiles on my face.

Month after month, SFI has never disappointed its affiliate especially when it comes to releasing commissions earned for the previous months work. The Major Key to Your Better Future is You

 Of all the things that can have an effect on your future, I believe personal growth is the greatest. We can talk about sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, but all of this probably will not happen without personal growth. It’s really the open door to it all. In fact I’d like to have you memorize a most important phrase. Here it is, “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Let me repeat that. “The major key to your better future is YOU.” Put that someplace you can see it every day, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the office, anywhere where you can see it every day. The major key to your better future is YOU. Try to remember that every day you live and think about it. The major key is YOU.

Now, there are many things that will help your better future. If you belong to a strong, dynamic, progressive company, that would help. If the company has good products and services you are proud of, that would certainly help. If there were good sales aids, that would help, good training would certainly help. If there is strong leadership, that will certainly help. All of these things will help, and of course, if it doesn’t storm, that will help. If your car doesn’t break down, that will help. If the kids don’t get sick, that will help. If the neighbors stay halfway civil, that will help. If your relatives don’t bug you, that will help. The major key to your better future is you. Lock your mind onto that. This is a super-important point to remember. The major key is you. A friend of mine has always answered when asked, “How do you develop an above-average income?” by saying, “Simple. Become an above-average person. Work on you.” My friend says, “Develop an above-average handshake.” He says, “A lot of people want to be successful, and they don’t even work on their handshake. As easy as that would be to start, they let it slide. They don’t understand.” My friend says, “Develop an above-average smile. Develop an above-average excitement. Develop an above-average dedication. Develop an above-average interest in other people.” He says, “To have more, become more.” Remember; work harder on yourself than you do on your job. For a long time in my life, I didn’t have this figured out.

Strangely enough, with two different people in the same company, one may earn an extra $100 a month, and the other may earn a $1,000. What could possibly be the difference? If the products were the same, if the training was the same, if they both had the same literature, the same tools. If they both had the same teacher, the same compensation plan, if they both attended the same meetings, why would one person earn the $100 per month and the other person earn the $1,000? Remember, here is the difference: The difference is personal—inside, not outside, inside.

You see the real difference is inside you. In fact, the difference IS you. Someone once said, “The magic is not in the products. The magic is not in the literature. The magic is not in the film. There isn’t a magic meeting, but the magic that makes things better is inside you.” And personal growth makes this magic work for you.

The magic is in believing. The magic is in daring. The magic is in trying. The real magic is in persevering. The magic is in accepting. It’s in working. The magic is in thinking. There is magic in a handshake. There is magic in a smile. There is magic in excitement and determination. There is real magic in compassion and caring and sharing. There is unusual magic in strong feeling. You see, all that comes from inside, not outside. So the difference is inside you. The real difference is you. You are the major key to your better future.

Nelson Mandela, the anti-apartheid trailblazer and former President of South Africa, turned 95 on Thursday. Crowds of supporters gathered to celebrate the milestone outside the Pretoria hospital where Mandela is being treated for a recurring lung infection. The ailing leader has been near-death for weeks, though his health has improved this week, and he remains in critical but stable condition.
Mandela is considered one of the world's greatest leaders. After 27 years of imprisonment under South Africa's apartheid government, Mandela became the country's first black president in its first multi-racial elections in 1994. He championed peace, forgiveness and racial unity. He served a five-year term through 1999 and then devoted himself to charity work.

Get inspired.

I got an email from a friend from SFI today who really inspired me with her ''thank you gift''. I was so inspired that i couldn't sleep rather i took up my iPad and began to scribble down stuffs that were going through my mind. There is this feeling that comes when you get a ''thank you'' for doing the things you love to do.

Here are some thoughts i will like to share...i hope you enjoy them!

Sense your emotions. Holler. Cry. Yell. Talk it out. Pray. Feel down if you're blue. The key isn't to prevent your feelings. That will only make matters worse. Feel pitiful if you're sad. Feel furious if you're angry. Sense your pain. Feel. Take a bath and shout. Talk on the telephone with a friend and weep. Go see a counselor and cry out. Crying is great. Release. Share your feelings with the higher power. Share your feelings with family. It's O.K. to let yourself carry out the emotions.

Forgive other people if they made errors toward you. Forgive yourself if you've make errors. Forgiveness is cardinal to advancing from your past. Forgiving other people doesn't mean you'll forget. But if you don't forgive, you'll never advance. Forgive for you. Forgive yourself if you weren't there for somebody. Forgive yourself for stating something you didn't mean. Forgive other people for not presenting you a chance. Forgive other people for things they've done to you. Forgive and relinquish the past and advance!

Accept the past for what it was. Accept what occurred. Accept the loss. Accept the hurt. Acceptance is key to marching on from your past. You're on your way to freedom by admitting what can't be altered. The past lets us learn and experience other matters. The past is the past tense.

Live life without any fear. Live with no sorrows. Live for those you lost. Live for desire of something fresh. Live for the trust that brings individuals back together. Living is key to releasing the past. Live a life of delight. Live a full life. Live to help other people. Living a good life doesn't mean the past didn't occur. Don't quit. Live for you. Live and release the past and march on!

4.  You do have more time with your family and friends, plus more time for yourself. Working from home has been an absolute Godsend to mothers who need to earn an income, because they don't have to put their kids in expensive child care and can be home for hands on parenting.

5. You do have more control over how much you make. When you work for someone else, you receive a set of amount of pay in most cases. No more, no less. But, when you work for yourself from home and need more income to buy a better car or a new washing machine or pay for a fun vacation, all you have to do is sit down and determine how much more work you need to do or sales you need to make in order to come up with that extra money.

There are lots more advantages of working from home. If others can do it, so can you.
